Getting started

From creating your account to sharing links with your speaker and audience.

Creating your account

Signup is passwordless — enter your name and email, and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Enter the code and you're in, no password to remember. The Free plan doesn't require a card.

Creating your first event

From your dashboard, click Create event and give it a name — that's all it takes to get started. You'll add speakers and timers next, from the event's edit page.

Adding speakers and timers

Each event is made up of speakers, and each speaker has one or more timers (e.g. “Intro,” “Main talk,” “Q&A buffer”). The order you add them in — and the order shown on the edit page — is the exact order the host view uses for “Next,” the Jump-to list, and auto-advance. Use the ↑/↓ buttons next to each speaker or timer to reorder them at any time.

Each timer also has an optional scheduled time field (e.g. “14:30”). This is just a label for your own reference on the run sheet — it's shown next to the timer in the host view, but nothing auto-starts based on it.

Good to know

The Free plan allows up to 2 speakers per event and 5 timers per speaker. See Plans & billing for details.

Your three links

The edit page shows two public links once your event exists, plus the host view itself:

  • Host view (/dashboard/events/…/host) — private, requires you to be logged in as the organizer. This is where you run the event.
  • Audience viewer (/watch/…) — public, no login needed. Share this with attendees so they can see the live countdown and submit/upvote questions.
  • Speaker monitor (/monitor/…) — public, no login needed. Give this to whoever's on stage — a distraction-free confidence monitor with the countdown and any messages you send them.

Both public links use an unguessable token, so anyone with the link can view without an account — there's nothing for your speakers or audience to sign up for.
