You can create and run one event at a time on Free. Finish or archive it and you're free to start the next one — there's no limit on how many events you run over time.
What if I need more than 2 speakers or 5 timers per speaker?
Free covers up to 2 speakers per event and 5 timers per speaker — plenty for most single-track events. Pro removes both limits for larger, multi-speaker programs.
Do my speakers or audience need a paid account?
No — speaker and audience links are always free to use, on both Free and Pro. Only the organizer's account has a plan.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. You can stop the renewal whenever you like from your billing page — there's no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account simply returns to Free.
